This form is a contractual agreement between the client, hereinafter referred to as "Client" and Daquil Media, hereinafter reffered to as "Service Provider". Please read this agreement carefully.

No Refunds and Chargebacks:

No refunds and chargebacks: The Client acknowledges and agrees that no entitlement to refunds or chargebacks exists, regardless of the results achieved through the services provided by the Service Provider

Terimnation of Services: a. The Client retains the right to terimnate the services offered by the Service Provider at any time, for any reason. b. The Service Provider reserves the unilateral right to terminate the services for The Client at any time, for any reason.

By Engaging:

By engaging with the services offered by Daquil Media, The Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions as described herein. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Client and the Service Provider
